There's code which copies the last point of the previous
grid to the first point of the next grid. We get the
off-by-one jump in the horizontal grid lines because of
that, in the case where the start of the left grid's
northern-most horizontal line is above the view.
The vertical lines which are missing are to the right of
zone boundaries, and occur when the top part of the line is
below the top of the view. Perhaps it is missed if it isn't
seen while scanning along the top.

With UTM/Special Zones or MGRS, the detailed grid is
messed up near the special zones (Europe and north of
Europe).

Special zone areas are now cleaned up. We're back to the
original problem of zone boundaries being messed up now.
The Xastir project no longer uses sourceforge for issue tracking and I am closing all open issues (all of which are very old).
