Xaraya .9.0.5 Released

It is my pleasure to announce the release of the .9.0.5 Beta for Xaraya. This release is another step towards the 1.0.0 release. The main focus with this release was to identify and concentrate on the key bug and feature requests that so many of you have been providing. We thank you all for the feedback and ask that you keep it flowing.

A brief summary of the changes follows.

In the articles, there is now a feature to import a raw HTML file to the articles system.
Stability changes in the Dynamic Data and Articles module.
The upload module is now included in the modules build for testing.
The user registration has been updated to incorporate the feature requests submitted.
Ability to turn off user registration completely.
New privileges that allow a "Myself" role to edit own data (where included).
Role changes through-out to improve consistency and stability.
Two new module administration views (compact).
Modules now only need to be initialised to be activated vice two steps.
Module dependances now active, and allow the activation of dependant modules.
Several new modules uploaded for testing, including the changelog, cast, opentracker, addressbook.
Xaraya Modwizard now included in test directory.
Autolinks rewritten with many new features.
Template overrides for blocks now work.
New XML parser in development testing.
Syndication views now more sturdy.

And much more. The changelog is broken into two files if you would like to go line by line. Overall, this release provides the needed stability for a longer development cycle as we concentrate on the final features for the 1.0.0 release. Over the next few weeks we will be finishing the RFC's that have been approved for the 1.0.0 development cycle, as well as a final push for the features that are being asked for on the bug tracker. We will also be concentrating on the performance, along with benchmark testing, so that we can be considered best in class.

I appreciate all the work that everyone has done, from the developers doing bug fixing, to everyone that is doing the testing and reporting. We still need the help and the ideas, so please do not hesitate to pose a new idea or bug report in the Bug Tracker.
