Would it be possible to have the ISO image on a DVD format or shrunk down a bit so that you can boot from a stsndard North American CD which is 700mb and just a bit too small for the current 711mb iso to fit on. It seems that squeezing and/or overburning render the downloadable ISO non bootable.

I used overburn on the 711mb iso and it booted fine, what program did you use to burn this?

Everybody pay close attention to this next word "OVERBURN"
Most -good- cd writing programs will support overburning, all you have to do is set the overburn to maybe 712-713 MB, if you use a recent version of nero it should ask you to overburn. Once you do that, start it up and you should have no problems. If this still doesnt work just burn it on to a DVD, it will work exactly the same.

I managed to overburn with Nero on a good CD with no problems and was able to run the live CD just great. Yes, it's a big jump from 700mb, but it CAN be done.
