Hi There,
Neffscape is a simple, GNOME, effect that render the applications bars (on top and bottom of the screen) semi-trasparent, like on Windows Vista, is possible to have that effect into Vixta/KDE?

I've noticed that this effect is included in KDE 3.5.x, is the "Windows' border trasparency" that allow you to have the effect "glass" like Windows Vista. Isn't it better include it when the distro is installed?
