This is the biggest issue for me, and probably many other people. I didn't stick with Fedora because wireless didn't wanna work no matter what I did. Some good wireless utilities that could be included are ndiswrapper (as well as the ndisgtk GUI interface for ndiswrapper), the MadWIFI drivers, and a good network manager.

Ty in advance,

    Hear hear !!

I recently installed Fedora on my VAIO and it was hell to get the wireless up and running. Its up now but Im not sure I ever want to go through that again. If you can tell me that Vixta runs smoothly on the VAIO laptops and can recognize the wireless hardware and wont give me any trouble, then i will switch... otherwise I will enjoy my Fedora 7 and my running wireless for a while, not daring to change anything for a while :)
