Kerry Linux Solutions have released the first version of XAMPLE, a solution to run special versions of PHP, Apache and MySQL inside an isolated environment on machines that already use a different LAMP stack. As a result certain database driven software, that may refuse to work with the installed server software, can now use their own special environment on the same machine without interfering or conflicting with production processes.
