Patch: text color attribute on body tag
The text attribute on the body tag is not been read. For example if <body text="#ff0000">, the color for the document text should be red but instead Cobra renders it as black.
The attached patch simply overrides the getColor() from StyleSheetRenderState to BodyRenderState.
