#26 Update dependencies

I just downloaded the source code from SourceForge and I notice the SF page for CSS parser says there's a new release and if COBRA-ACK.txt is correct Rhino inside Lobo is 1.6R5 whereas the Rhino homepage says the current release is 1.7R1. is there any reason for not updating these? I don't know about the W3C DOM implementation but it doesn't look changed.

I must confess I am not _using_ the browser at the moment but I like the idea very much! great work!
