#24 Eclipse project settings

I think a working eclipse project would make it easier for new developers to compile/run/debug code and start making contributions to the project. Currently it requires a lot of fiddling around to make it work, which might scare away potential new developers.

That's why i think it would be nice to include settings like the classpath in the cvs checkout.
