Is there any way to create a contingency/cross tab in Xaira? Say I work with a Helsinki Diachronic Corpus of English and I want to see frequencies of a word in different periods & dialects. I have both dialects and periods defined as partitions, but the only way to get the final table I can think of is just limiting my search to a specific period at a time and saving the dialectal data for that period. This is a rather time-consuming task and if there is anybody with a better idea, I'd be very grateful!
