#78 Filenames with spaces

If, when indexing a corpus with the wizard, you use the "Just use filenames" option instead of using XML for the text identifier, then something goes wrong if the filenames of the files you are indexing have spaces in them: when you open up the corpus in the client you just see the first part of the filename, up to the space, not the whole filename.
