#57 Display problem: red line interacting with diacritics

This is probably something that not much can be done
about.

The little red line which, in a query solution,
indicates the position of the Addkey you've searched
for is disappearing in some circumstances.

The circumstances are these: 1) the script is
Devanagari; 2) the font is Arial Unicode MS; 3) the
*second* character of the word directly after where
the little red line ought to be - i.e. the word that
carries the addkey searched for - is U+0947, the
Devanagari vowel diacritic -e.

Looking into the issue more closely, I notice that in
the Xaira solution display, this diacritic appears
much further to the left than it ought to in
wellformed Devanagari script. This happens frequently
in the Xaira solution display. It doesn't happen
everywhere, but it does happen apparently everywhere
that U+0947 occurs after 0939 or 0926 (and possibly
after other consonants that I've not spotted).

So I guess that the problem is that the
inappropriately left-shifted -e diacritic is so far to
the left that it is overwriting the space where the
little red line ought to be when it directly follows
the query target addkey.

This display glitch concerning the positioning of 0947
only occurs in the solution display so far as I can
tell, not in the input or output boxes in the Word
query dialogue, for example. That suggests it has
something to do with the font mapper, but it can't
just be Arial Unicode MS at fault, even though that's
the only font it happens with, because if AUMS is used
to render one of these words in another program (e.g.
Word) it puts the 0947 diacritic in exactly the right
place.

Also, this next problem is almost certainly known, but
the ordering of Devanagari vowel diacritics is
incorrect in the word-frequency-forms chart of the
Word Query dialogue. The vowel "i" (093f), whihc
should stand to the left of the consonant it follows,
stands to the right in that particular text box (the
one where you enter your pattern *does* display the
characters in the right order).
