#52 Inconsistency in marking of UTF16 output
This may not be a bug exactly, but I notice that the
UTF16 XML files produced by the indexer (EG
file_index.xml) have a leading U+FEFF character,
whereas the plain-text UTF16 files (EG freq0.txt) do
not.
Would it be possible for all Unicode files produced by
the indexer - or at least, all those that the user
might want to interact with, such as freqX.txt - to
have the leading U+FEFF character?

I would rather see these files appearing in UTF8 myself.
But they should certainly be consistent.
