#13 Selling a Complex hub

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build complex hub
2. sell complex hub
3. credits become 2 billion.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows server 2008 [r2] (but it obviously isn't that)

Please provide any additional information below.
Just thought I'd mention it, no rush fixing for me though, as I'll likely fix it tonight, doesn't seem like a big major bug.
