I noticed that firefox 43.0.2 seems to totally disable webgl after crashes
with gl contexts. This applies to both x3dom and cobweb although the cobweb
examples are more demanding.
To reenable go to about:config, search for "glcontext" and reset
gfx.crash-guard.status.glcontext to default by right clicking and reset.
