#60 Proposed changes to X3duomToX3dPythonPackage.xslt for X3DPSAIL

I am contributing these changes to X3duomToX3dPythonPackage.xslt to the Web3D Consortium, licensed under the Web3D Consortium license.

The main changes are:
* Replacing the "children" field name in Classic VRML output with the appropriate $fieldName. This is critical. The boat won't sail without it.
* Sorting the skeleton field first when it appears in a Humanoid. This would be nice to have. Perhaps solving DEF/USE is better though.
* DEF/USE. This isn't ready yet.

The first one is the fix I really want to see put in, it will greatly enhance the use of X3DPSAIL.
