Hi everybody,
this new release comes with a lot of improvements on the admin side:
- to add a new language is now really simpler
- to add a new language in the admin area is really, really simpler
- many libraries were updated: Mootools, TinyMCe, TcPDF
- some new libraries were added: getID3, JShrink
- Responsive Filemanager was added to TinyMCE
- the Mongo DB support is now complete and is fully integrated in the Model_core
- Form and Validation helpers received many fixes and improvements
- added support for image resizing
- added support for video conversion
- added JS and CSS compression option in theme manager
Isn't enough!

This release comes with a new admin interface (Mocha UI inspired)
Almost all is new and improved, let's try to discover all the goodies!

What's new in this release?
- X3 CMS is now Boilerplated and mobile compliant!
- X3 CMS is now RESTful ready with Restler
- X3 CMS is now a bit more cleaned and efficient.

With this new beta version of the X3 CMS is going to be ready for the final release. The functions provided are now implemented. Remains to be done only a few tweaks and testing.
