#259 Analog Stick not working when bound to individual buttons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use a USB arcade stick
2.Bind the X+ Y+ X- Y- to their appropriate "button" presses on the arcade stick
3.x360ce will not accept these inputs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is the movement of the x360 analog stick. Instead, nothing happens.

What version of x360ce and Windows are you using?
2.0.2.158 Beta 2

What gamepad are you using? On what version of drivers?
Intec Combat Arcade Stick.
