#1 Filenames using cyrilic might not be detected

There are some issues with the filenames under UNIX based OS. It seems the engine is unable to read properly the actual filename if it is encoded with utf8, thus ending with some files being missing from the database, while they actually exists on the file system. The issue seems to occur only when using non-latin symbols (for example, some cyrilic ones).
