It is a non-destructive alternative to UNREG, when you would
prefer not to delete the userlist. The time of the suspension
! is saved, along with a reason, and the nick of who suspended
! it (much like a gline).

! Suspended channels do not currently automatically unsuspend
! themselves, but you can view a list of suspended channels with
! the SEARCHCHAN --suspended command.
