Additional help files for the SUB7SCAN and WHO commands. Let me know if there are any mistakes..

Usage: SUB7SCAN <hostmask>
--------------------------
The SUB7SCAN command will immediately scan all users
coevered by the hostmask (such as *@*.aol.com) to check
if they are genuine users of Sub7 clients. If a
Sub7 client is detected $n will take action based on the
configuation of the SETTINGS SUB7SCAN option.
SUB7SCAN is accessible only to IRCops.

The WHO command allows you to see which users are logged into the channel
in question.
