OK lets see...

X2 only checks trusted hostmasks that are on the userlist. The protection
code should also check against the list of who is logged in currently. So,
for instance:

If bob is an owner of a channel and logs in without using a trusted
hostmask, then billy shouldnt be able to ban him via X2.

Someone should fix that...
