Anyone objects with me adding a 'bad handle' feature? This thingie prevents
people from using handles specified (database).
Commands are; addbh/rembh/listbh... (add bad handle/remove bad handle/list
bad handle). I've added and tested it on my services for a week+ and no
problems, works fine. Just need to mod the code a little to work with X2.
I added this to prevent impersonation of services, because you can actually
use sethandle to change your handle to "X2" and uhm yeah.

Rubin: if this is ok with you ill fire it into x2.
