LINKS is accessible to anyone. SEE ALSO: MAP --- NEW FILE --- Usage: MOTD ----------- The MOTD command displays $n's current Message Of The Day. The MOTD contains information which users of the service and/or network may need to know. $n automatically sends the MOTD to all connecting clients. ^B^B SEE ALSO: ^BNEWS^O --- NEW FILE --- Usage: NEWS ----------- The NEWS command displays $n's current News File. When the news file is updated, the contents will be sent to any Owner or Co-Owner upon joining a registered channel.
