DISCONNECT

The DISCONNECT command causes X2 to disconnect from the network and idle on
the configured port waiting for a connection.  When a server connects to
it, it will check the IP and password, and if OK, re-connect.  This
command can be useful for removing the bot from the network without
access to restart it later.

DISCONNECT is available only to IRCops and should only be used by those who
know what they are doing.

Usage: UNSUSPEND [#channel]
-------------------------------
The UNSUSPEND command removes a channel suspension previously set with the SUSPEND command.  X2 will re-join the channel etc.

UNSUSPEND is available to IRCOPS only.
