Added rudimentary CSS-like style support hook (although literal CSS is ignored of course). Removed the dependency on node-set for widgets. Added widgets for WScript.Shell and WBEMServices.SWBEMLocator. Added an HTA application that uses widgets as a sample.

Fixed several stupid bugs in the kernel that caused entire elements to disappear. Early work on widgets; the first widget is for XML Document object. Widgets seem to require node-set extension or media-dependent reprogramming; I have decided to use the extension for now. Adorned the HTML engine with a straightforward DTD to make MSXML happy.
