It would be masively appreciated if support for appending MP4 segments on to MP4 videos becomes supported someday.

This is about x264vfw. Which is a codec. It has nothing to do with VirtualDub.

VirtualDub is not being developed anymore. Maybe someone makes another Mod of the last version. But I think that's not very likely.

Just use mkvmerge or something like it to stitch files together. The resulting file is mkv but VirtualDub can handle that, too.
