I want to be able to encode to h.264 using Virtualdub. I understand installing x264vfw_full_43_2694bm_43159_fix.exe will do this by installing the encoding h264 codec. Right?
But I check file x264vfw_full_43_2694bm_43159_fix.exe with virustotal.com and several virus checkers detect malware.
I realise it is probably a false positive but I do not want to take any risk. How can I be certain the file is safe?
