I am using the x64 version a lot. You have to if you encode Ultra HD or (like in my case) 6K and up to 16K videos.
Pleeeeaase, can you update the x64 version too? It may have a bugfix in it which required my to use --b-adapt 1 instead of 2 to avoind x264 crash (even the original cmd line version crashed)...

Hi. x264vfw_full_41_2525bm_41092.exe installer have both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of x264vfw inside (that is why it is named "full"). So it is not like I didn't update 64-bit version (same with rev 40).
