#21 H264 4:4:2 and 4:4:4

The decoder filter doesn't seem to support H264 High422 and High444 profile. I use ffmpeg to encode x264 4:4:2 and 4:4:4 content. Also tested x264rgb 4:4:4.

Decoder is the same as in ffmpeg and so it supports both High 4:2:2 and High 4:4:4 profiles. Why do you think it doesn't? How did you tested that? Sample file?
