Thank you very much for your excellent work. After installation, the default present is “faster” I think. How can I change it to Ultrafast?

Default preset is "Medium". If you want to change it then open codec configuration dialog (either in your encoding app or before starting encoding app run Start Menu\All Programs\x264vfw\Configure x264vfw or x264vfw64 depending which version you use) and select another preset in combobox.
P.S. Don't create bug tickets for simple questions and not the bugs (there are discussions for this). Or I will start reject them without answering.
