#2 Implement delimiter auto-detection feature.

Currently, the delimiter auto-detection feature is not
implemented - the mode always uses fixed delimiters. They
can be custimized using the usual Emacs'es customization
facilities, but it will be nice if the mode could parse delimiters
automatically out of the ISA segment of the X12 message.
