#1 Slide triggered via Midi Control

It would be very handy for x0xb0x to have the ability to trigger slides
via a Midi cc message, i.e. using the standard portamento controller
number (65).

Requiring slides to be triggered only by using overlapping notes in
midi restricts the interfacing capabilities greatly.
