I've tested it in Atom's and Celerons, I usually work with this outliner in i3's or better.
With i3's, i5's and i7's, all ok, not blazing fast when dealing with attachments, but reasonable. Atom's and Celeron's are another story, dealing with 2 MB attachments could test your patience (i3's deals with 10MB attachments with no problem), take this in consideration when working with this outliner.
