The wrapper script for xsmiles has the usual problems.
Can't run from a directory other than the one that the jar file is installed from, etc.
The attached file shows how to install, with a new wrapper script based on the one I created for to
solve similar problems with the program jaxe.
It allows you to run xsmiles from any directory you want and converts filename arguments to absolute pathnames
so xsmiles can find them.
