tip modal 1.0 released for wz_tip 4.x
Fully working.
Tested in IE7 & Firefox 3.

tip_modal[1] for wz_tip was released a few days ago.
it enables a "modal" display of tooltips. this functions only when the tooltips are sticky.this is the initial version. future plans are to add a loading image similar to Smoothbox.
