changing path variable again for win file obj2pie.py

remove obj2pie.c. It now lives in the .../conversion/obj2pie directory
added a read me file to obj2pie-win
editing the variables again this time on linux
adding the files in obj2pie folder
make obj2pie directory
try delete again objtopie
