Fix crash related to OpenAL threading by making the audio temp
buffer static rather than dynamic.

Move console prints for video dump start and end to before and
after the dump starts to minimise the time the msgs appear on-screen.

New version of the video dumper - now with SOUND!
wzencode.py script updated with ffmpeg audio commands.

For audio to work, you must set the capture device on your mixer to
capture game sound. (default is normally the microphone)

Since there are new source files, you will need to do the whole
./autogen.sh && ./configure && make
routine after updating.
