Added third texture to skybox, sun now only appears in the sky once (the texture is rendered once and not stretched).

Udate textures and wrf to add new sky page 261

Final patch for skybox, should now only show one sun and will repeat the cloud texture 8 times.

Hopefully fix the skybox.
