Many bugfixes and improvements, and some new features:

* integration as a service on win32 platforms
* symbolic links
* new module: tcl
* new backends for authentication: pam and mysql (Work in Progress)
* new cookies
* new SITE commands
* tons of bugfixes on global behaviour, crashes, etc.
