M3G Viewer Release v0.2

This is the second Alpha release for the M3G Viewer project. This release includes targets for both the Windows and Linux platforms.

New features include a new Help system with information on how to use the viewer to browse .m3g file content. The viewer also now provides a console window for displaying user feedback. Finally, the capability for saving individual objects (e.g. Mesh) to a new .m3g file has been added.
