Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but...

where is the code?

- there are no file downloads
- the SVN repository is empty
- there is no web page set-up
- the documentation area is empty
- there are no news
- etc.

The missing link to the web site was an oversight on my part. That is now fixed. :-) As for the code, it has been hosted in a branch of Apple's SVN, but now it's moving to their trunk because maintenance is much easier there. When it is finished being moved (which should happen this week), I will post a news item and also send a message to the wxwebkit-devel mailing list. As for releases, we're still in alpha so we haven't made any official releases yet.

If you are interested in helping out or evaluating the project even though it's still alpha, I'd recommend you get on the mailing list or pop into the #wxWidgets or #WebKit IRC channels and start asking questions. This is the best way to keep updated while we're in the process of moving our code, etc. over.
