#19 wx implementation of PluginView missing

Hello,

using r44150, I was unable to build wxWebKit on Mac OS X. The reason is that a wx implementation of PluginView is missing.

Looking in WebCore/plugins/wx/, I see that this direcory is empty.

I changed the implementations of NPN_UserAgent and NPN_GetValue, cribbing some code from the mac implementation of PluginView, and was then able to build successfully.
