[wxVTK] Build WXVTK 1.0 with VTK 5.0 and WXWidgets 2.6.x

Hi,

I found the problem about cmake. I used Cmake 2.4.3 which, i don't why 
doesn't work with the current cmake files. I changed to version 2.4 and 
it works perfect.
