[wxVTK] wxVTK 1.0 was released

Hi,

  Sorry for such a long wait, I kind of lost interest in the project :(
  This is basically the source from the CVS that has been sitting
there for a while. The only real change is the patch from Alexander
Nip (Thank you !). I finally decided to give another try at the
Modules from CMake and decided it was time to drop support for GTK
1.2.x. What this means is that the project assume you are using GTK
2.x to compile (from CMake prospective), but the code remained the
same! So if you know what you are doing you can still compile
wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor.cxx.

Let me know if this is a problem (I doubt there is still anyone using
GTK 1.2.x).
As a side note how many of you are using:
* VTK 4.4 and before
* VTK 5.0 and after
