[Wxsqlite-users] using version 0.0.1

I have downloaded both cardcat and wxsqlite tar balls and I think that 
wxsqlite.h is missing from the wxsqlite tar ball.

I can generate a header file (is that what the configure scripts do) 
from the source file and using the version from before, but I was just 
curious what I had done wrong with regards to the wxsqlite header file.
