    Hi all,
I'm using wxDev-C++ to create my application and a friend on wxWidgets forum has told me about wxSF.
So I've downloaded it, but I'm in trouble for installing phase.
I'm not a pro programmer, I know C++, so I hope someone here should tell me in simple-words-for-childern(TM) how to do.
I follow the instructions in readme_src.txt, so I run create_build_files.bat with no problem.
For the premake system, I choose GCC, because I have no MSVC or Code::Blocks, but wxDev-C++: is it right to use this premake\premake-win32.exe --target gnu --unicode --static-runtime ?
    Then I use mingw32-make -f makefile.gcc WX_DIR=C:\Programmi\Dev-Cpp\include\common\wx: is it right ?
But in the last step, I receive error:

if not exist gccmswd mkdir gccmswd
    make: C:WINDOWSsystem32cmd.exe: Command not foun
    make: [gccmswd] Error 127 (ignored)
    make: C:WINDOWSsystem32cmd.exe: Command not foun
    make: *** [test_for_selected_wxbuild] Error 127

What did I make wrong ?

I tested the build process using GNU makefile on my system ( Windows XP SP3, MinGW 4.2.1 ) and everything passed OK, so it looks like your (build) environment is broken in some way.  Moreover, the GNU makefile generated by premake tool (not by bakefile tool!!!) supposes existing WXWIN environment variable pointing to a directory where the WXs are installed. Usage of WX_DIR parameter has no sense in this case - this is useful for makefile generated by the bakefile tool.

Btw, I strongly recommend to not use wx-DevCpp, because it had (?) many bugs. Definitely better IDEs are for example Code::Blocks or CodeLite and wxFormBuilder as a WYSIWYG forms designer.
