As far as I can understand, size of a shape is set in pixels, and size of a font is set in points.
How can I set size of a shape in millimeters (or, in general, in any other units, other than pixels) and font size still in points?

Unfortunately, wxSF currently doesn't support this feature. You can fill feature request if you really need it.
