There is ( and probably there wull never be ) a way to _extend_ [1] an
existing wxWindows FS handler ( wxMemoryFSH, wxZipFSH, wxInternetFSH );
It is curently possible to use wxWindows C++ FS handlers. I'm implementing
the interfaces allowing the creation of customized FS handlers written in Perl.
