use wxDEFAULT_FRAME_STYLE & ~wxRESIZE_BORDER (for a frame)
wxDEFAULT_DIALOG_STYLE & ~wxRESIZE_BORDER (for a dialog)
as the style parameters in Wx::Dialog->new and Wx::Frame->new.
